The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Alooooooooooha! Hehe.
Right now Im n a small bind... making a decision on what laptop to get.. the asus z70va or the quanta KN1-pm. Obviously, this forum will most likely take sides with the z70va so i won't ask any questions about which to choose (i have that question in the which notebook to buy forums), but ****, the asus z70va is looking super sweet.

    Well, off to slumberland.

Find me a vendor that has 100% self service for quanta in house without needing to send to sabio digital (i belive they take care of quanta rma). You will not. These vendors you can only find with asus. Better quality better service and just better looks. You will notice this is an asus forum and i am very biased. You should also notice this forum has probably the brightest individuals with the best taste not to mention a post count that is higher then many other forums put together. Asus got this industry locked down. Dont know why anyone would recommend quanta. You are just asking for problems becuase dealers would be ill equiped to handle all rma particularly mothrboard and barebone rma in general
