    Flash Z96jm with Z96JS BIOS 1203

    I have read and read and read. My conclusion is that both the z96jm and z96js have the same mainboard the Intel 945PM chip and both have the same processor supports. The same graphiccard Ati x1600 256mb. I know the display res is higher on the 96js.

    I read in a forum that z96js newest bios http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us bios 1203 would support 4gb ram.

    Will it be possible to flash the z96jm with the z96js BIOS??

    They should be the same, if I remember correctly the only difference is Z96Jm supports either the PortBar III or the eSATA.

    It'll still not support 4GB RAM because of the chipset (even Intel says 4GB is supported):
