The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I was just thinking, the forum is a bit confusing at times and would look better if it had a more eye candy type look, maybe something different and more up to date?
    also noticed it took bout 20secs on my last post to update and go 1st listed in the forum i got confused.

    Also one thing that would be very helpfull is if instead of the drop down list where you can choose different page for older posts, would it be possible to have next> just like in the threads? and what about having tools when you reply like udnerline color bold italic link code etc?

    I'd agree. There are plenty of better freeware BBSs out there right now. It's just up to the webmaster whether or not they want to do it.

    Just so you know I have no power to change...thats something for brian to think about perhaps. Although I wouldnt be surprised as the forum has already undergone a few facelifts since it first started. I expect that they will keep refreshing its look as needed.
