Hi all, I just sold my Z70va to a buyer from the UK. He just told me that he's experiencing a heat issue with the power brick. When I had it, it was always just warm. Now that he has it, he tells me that it's very hot to the touch, and that he can't even hold it for a bit. He bought a converter for the adapter. So I'm guessing that the converter might be causing the heat issue? Can anyone help us figure this out? Thanks in advance! :)

The brick will support voltage worldwide... all you need is a converter plug..... Tell them to go buy a new ac adpater if they think they'll have better luck with it.

Thanks for the quick reply Justin. The buyer has a converter, so do you think that the type of converter he has might be causing the heat issue? It's the only thing I can think of that is affecting it, since I never had any heat issue with it. Also, would the M6va plug work for the Z70va?

EDIT: This is the converter my buyer has.. (Pictures)

I use one of those when I go to Europe and they always work fine.
