This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Are overly long wait times the norm when having something repaired by Asus? I will try my hardest not to complain too much in here, but I am losing my cool with waiting. It's been over a month at their facility and I can't get anyone on the phone or email ever who has the power to do anything except say call back tomorrow.
