My "fn" button seems to be disabled. Not sure I actually did anything to cause Any thoughts?

Looked thru my set of CDs from when I bought. Guess I dont have the right one. Any ideas?

On teh main driver cd. Insert it then wait for autoplay. On the menu its the one all the way on top.

Go to www.asus.com and then support or downloads, find your model, and look for ATK10010101 <--- actually its ATK______ with '1' and '0's,

That I DISCOVERED~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I am very proud of it. Hehehe
Umm, just search FN key what is it for or something. -
i had the same problem but how i fixed it is i simply went into MSCONFIG (Start-Run) and went to the STARTUP tab and made sure HControl.exe was checked...allowing that application to run when i startup my laptop...and ever since then...ive had no problems with my function keys...hope this works for u guys....
