All of the reviews for this product mention that one can receive IMS through the OLED display, but the Direct Console settings are limited to what one wants permanently displayed, such as the time, or a graphic of some sort. How can I get my AIM messages displayed through the OLED? ASUS's FAQ hasn't been very helpful in this matter.

I believe only MSN messages show up and only emails received through outlook are displayed.

There is a hacked version of chkmail that works with Mozilla/Thunderbird also.
