    I'll reformat mi notebook this days and wanted to know what asus apps other G1 owners reinstalled... I mean...What apps need for the oled and the Fn keys.. I dont know.. Im kinda lost int that because is my firtst lap..

    You should have a CD called Utlities and Drivers, basically everything on that CD is needed, there are a few you can get by with, but it doesn't to install them.

    The mini LCD uses a program called Asus Direct Console.

    Thnx Actually what i meant was that I dont want to install back everything just what is needed for everything to work..because it comes with a lot of things that maybe i wont use i just want to reinstall essential software or so.. i want it to work as it does today but lighter...

    what did prove to be useful?

    I've already played a little with a virtual pc and found no problems.. ill try now the real test...tomorrow will post results xD
