    Was wondering if anyone has upgraded their G1 with a 7200rpm HD and if there's any noticeable performance increase? I find the disk access to be a bit laggy with the stock 5400rpm model.

    I is very faster!
    First it was very slow, but now its cool!!!
    And the performence is great!

    Of course you also have read your user manual and noticed the point that mentioned that if you change your HDD without going to a qualified technician/retailer, you can void the warranty.

    Oddly enough, I looked at my HDD and there are no tamper seals on the HDD. Strange. :)
