Hi i have G1S with ultimate 64 on my computer.
The drivers i ATK driver i have currently on the computer are:

    ATK Generic Function Service
    ATK Hotkey
    ATK Media
    ATK0SD2

Everything has been working fine for past couple months but lately had a problem and wanted to update any 64 drivers that were on ASUS website.

    They have ATKdrv availble.

My question is, do i just install this or is there something that i should unistall first?

    thanks

    What is the problem?

I suggest don't update unless necessary. Like you say, it's difficult to see in Vista what should be removed prior to installation, because there are 4 different ATK utilities.

That's probably: ATK Hotkey, ATK OSD or a combination of these two.

Try looking in the ATKdrv archive, maybe you get more hints of which of the four programs it really updates.

Otherwise, make a system restore point and try installing over what you currently have. Driver files should be updated in that way. If things go wrong and/or your problem isn't solved, you should then revert to this restore point.
