Both Vista32 and Vista64, cannot reboot after shutdown or restart. I have to wait 2-3 minutes before i start notebook. After it works really nice. Anybody experience such problem ? Updated RAM from 2GB to 4GB CAS5 OCZ Memory.
    BIOS 205

4GB problems, I've seen them pop up three times today.
Some mainboards/BIOSes have issues with 4GB.

But it might be just an OS problem. Have you tried the Microsoft knowledge base for hotfixes?

You should wait for an opinion from someone with more experience on this, maybe it can help you.

hmm i have same memmory modules and only problem i have experienced was resource conflict with ich8 root port 3 and 4 which didnt allow me to instal gpu drivers so i just disabled them and it works nice... maybe in your sitiuation as EBE said it can be just a question of those modules u have or mobo u have ... try to exchange modules maybe they r too hot or smt...
