I was told that since the native resolution of the G1S is 1650x800, that it will not run games very well on other resolutions such as 1440x900. Is this true? Or does the G1S scale well to other resolutions for playing games on high settings (although I am a player who can play fine at 30 FPS)?

It will run just fine... it just -may- look a little odd/blurry.
