    I'm a new owner of G1S with native resolution 1680x1050 (WSXGA+)

I wonder if I can enable other WS resolutions like 1440x900 or 1280x800? Any drivers I can try? I'm using stock drivers. Thanks.

Well, the "other WS resolutions" aren't disabled or something, just go in the display properties and choose whichever you want... Any resolution different from the native will be blurry though.

Try using your nVIDIA control panel to change the resolution. Some versions of the nVIDIA control panel allow you to specify customer resolutions, even if it won't allow you to simply move a slider to those options.

I think you have to install driver from Laptopvideo2go with modded INF. This should work for you.

    Try 167.49.
