    I heard somebody talking about an update for teh in Asus G1S and i am thinking to buy one soon, is it true? Does anybody know when they update it or is there a link available?

    haven't heard of an update the G1s. Unless they were talking about the G1Sn which is the updated model (penryn and MAYBE new vid card), it should be out relatively soon.

    G1Sn should be outfitted with a 9600m. Release date is unknown, though I wouldn't call it soon.

    On Asus G1S support page, there is a new BIOS upgrade that brings Penryn support to the G1S amongst other things...
