Mine auto-installed? It automatically asked me to install the GPU driver when I installed both 7.10 and 8.04?

To auto install drivers for your system, you need to have an internet connection configured when using the Ubuntu Live CD. Then, the installer will download all drivers needed for you system if it can find them.
