My screen on my laptop is destroyed, the PC itself is fine. So I am hooking up a monitor to use with it to get my info off the laptop before sending in. I had it hooked up last night and worked perfect. I co today to continue and I get nothing on the screen except analog safe mode message. I call the maker of the monitor and basically tell me to boot in safe mode and change resolution, that it has been reset out of reach. I have tried to get into safe mode, which I cannot tell if I have or not but nothing comes up on the monitor, which they said it would if in safe mode. I hooked up the monitor to this laptop which is much older and smaller and I tried to reset the resolution so to match the other laptop but still no luck. Does anyone know anything I can do so I can see on this monitor again?
