I've just disabled some services in Vista and was going to do a new Super-Pi test. But i thought it took a little to long time, 40s+.
So i downloaded Cpu-Z to check if there were any problems with the speed of the CPU, and yes it was! It's only running at 1197MHz! I have had the AC unplugged for a long while now, but have plugged it in, but no difference.
Power4Gear High Performance is the one i use, and i have checked under both the plugged in settings and the battery settings and put em' both on 100% cpu at both max and least.
How come it's like this?![]()

Check in bios if speedstep is enabled.

I have no such option in bios...

under windows vista, cpus run at the speed they need too and the stock clock speeds are the maximum it can get
If you let it open during super pi, it should raise -
don't take e wrong but you are all wrong. it's a bios bug and all of the G1s does that while charging the battery.
