So I have a problem with my screen on my G1s. and I want to send it back for them to fix it. I've already sent them an email on [email protected] (some email like that...I dont remember exactly what it was ). Anyways, Ive waited for over a week, and havent gotten any replies. So I was just wondering whats the most effective/fastest way for me to send my laptop back and get it repaired.

    Btw, I live in Toronto.

If you live in Toronto, they have a Notebook center in Markham, you can drop it off there as well.

The max. respond time form Asus is like 48 hours or something.
Normally they answer you directly (When I send a mail to Asus i get a respond like 15 minutes later)
