    G1s...Microsoft Word?

    Hey, I noticed that all the microsoft apps are preloaded (word, excel, etc..) , but they require some cd key to make it an official version, and not just a trial version.


    I was just wondering if this cd key came with the laptop? or do i have to go find my own 'cd key' ?

    it didn t with my g1s at least...but i downloaded it on the net and ''forgot'' to pay :rolleyes:

    I had this on my v1s. I contacted Ken at Gentech, he said it was trialware. I removed it and installed openoffice 2.3. Good enough for me.

    You can have office 2007 pro for $80 until april 2008, if you're a college/university student in north america by the way.
