My brand new g2s-a1 a little over a month old,, the screen seems to have died.. Only external support via my old monitor.. I cant beleive this.. a 2k dollar lappy and my monitor diesI called asus gave me an rma number so i have to send it back.. hopefully i get it before the end of next week .. Just venting some frustration

forgot,, anybody has had any experience with asus rma service? iam scared my lappy will be abused

Same here on G1S but 1 week, and they replace the screen. Only it was very fast, free shipping

how long before u guys received the email with all the info? i just did it over a couple of minutes ago... was wondering whats the time frame i should wait.. how did u guys packaged ur lappy?
do they use, refurbished or brand new screens?? -

I was told 2 days in a row "you will get it by tomorrow". I finally said: No, you give it to me right now.... and I received the email right away.
The best way is to directly call the RMA line (wich took me some time becauise I thought it wasn't a toll free number for this one) and tell them to send it already
