I have had my G2s for about 6 months now and i can say i have been less than impressed by it's performance. I have downgraded to xp and have it all running smoothly...I decided to upgrade my ram so I bought a 2 gig stick and put it in the slot underneath the laptop....My computer boots up fine and shows as having 3 gigs ram installed.....however the graphics card will no longer detects therefor I cant really use it for anything. It doesnt show up in the hardware manager or anything.

    thanks

Install a driver for the graphics card.

If you graphics card does not show up in the hardware manager anymore use a cleaning application from guru3d such as driver cleaner after you uninstall, if possible, any graphics drivers available. Clean up with the usual ****tail or ccleaner and regmex, then reinstall your drivers.
