    Hello,

I think theres a bug in this laptop, when I go to the bios and turn off the POST intro sound, I start windows and theres no sound there either

If I enable POST intro sound then sound returns to windows, ***?

    Hope they fix this.

Yes, but the OP describes a bug. Disabling POST sound should not, normally, totally disable the sound on the laptop. But it does, in this instance. :) A bug.
