Anyone else noticed that it gets pretty hot on the right side of the touchpad where you put down you right hand when typing?

Not hot, but warmer yeah, didn't notice that before. The two hard drives are directly under the palmrest on each side of the trackpad, so that's probably what's causing it.

I also noticed a small bump in the touchpad. Its on the top right, pretty close to where it gets hot. Anyone else can feel a bump in the touchpad?

On the touchpad itself (the black part)? Not the aluminum or plastic around it?

    I don't feel me no bumps, no-suh.

yes on the touchpad itself (black part). It looks like something did not fit right during assembly. I think this is what is causing my palm rest to be more hot dans warm.. argg

Yea, the aluminium part on the right of my touchpad does get a bit warm but during the day (tropical weather here) it gets hot. Not really hot but I gets annoying while I'm typing for a long time.

My touchpad does't have a bump on it.
