    G50V-X1 in the UK?

    I'm really interested in buying a G50V-X1, but I can't seem to find anywhere selling them in the UK. Asus' UK website has 'where to buy' links, but none of them seem to have any of the G50V laptops - only the 'eee' laptops. I checked online and I couldn't find any sites with the X1 that would ship internationally.
    I used the sticky and finally managed to find a few websites that ship to the UK, but they don't have the X1. Only the A1 and A2. I would buy the A1, but the X1 is cheaper and I don't really think I can afford to pay the extra money for the A1..
    Soo, does anyone know of any websites with the X1 that would ship internationally? :/

    Any help appreciated. ^-^

    The -X1 models are essentially exclusive product available in North America to only a few online retailers, mostly BestBuy and NewEgg. They are not more generally available on the global marketplace, unless the regional Asus units import a similarly exclusive model for their region (i.e. Europe).

    Don't BB or NewEgg ship internationally? I'm just asking, I don't know...

    Nope. Unfortunately they only ship to US. :(

    Newegg's website says:
    "Newegg.com does not currently ship internationally; we only deliver to locations within the United States and to Puerto Rico."

    While BB says:
    "We are not able to ship internationally to other countries. Both the shipping and billing address must be an address in the U.S., the Virgin Islands, Guam, or an APO/FPO address (Military)."
