I cannot get the media keys to work in winamp.

I uninstalled the program that creates the ripple effects when using hotkeys and the program that forces play/stop etc to open media center.

I also have global hotkeys enabled in Winamp.

    Any ideas?

I can't get KM Player to do the same, either.

from what i've learned is that you can't set those media key to any other type of players but windows media player. i also have the g50vt-x1 and have tried to do it too. Doesn't seem to work at all.
