hey, i just bought this laptop http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220403

like 2 weeks ago or so. i had to use my recovery disks since for some odd reason it started to run super slow. so once i used the disks and had the factory stuff back, the laptop was all fine. but when i looked at the "computer" page where it shows the hard drive, it only shows 1 of my hard drives. I used to have 2 of them but now it's only 1 of them. and the total size of the hard drive is 260 GB free of 287. I was wondering if anyone can help me or i should just send it for them to fix. i got the 2year manufacturers warranty + an additional 1 year added on.

    thing I have tired
*i tried to change the hard drive to raid in the BIOS then press ctrl+i on the splash screen but i get some error saying windows failed.

I been searching the asus forums for a while but had no luck on finding how to get the other hard drive back. x_x

In the device manager, does it show two drives or just your main drive?

You only have one hard drive like before. The only difference is that the laptop came with 2 partitions. Your total 287gb seems about right given the fact that there's a hidden recovery partition in your hard drive.
