    any idea why this happened?
    power won't turn on adaptor light gone if i plug it to the laptop.

    i try to used my G51VX adaptor and plug it to the G50VT-X5 same thing happened the adaptor green light off again.

    befure i plug it the light still on but if i plug it to the laptop it's off,

    the laptop won't turn on since then, any idea why this happened??

    CMOS battery?
    power supply?
    motherboard issue?

    Does it boot on battery?

    The fact that the adapter turns off suggests it detects an electrical problem with the laptop's power circuits, and turns itself off to prevent frying the laptop (or the adapter itself).

    If (on battery) you get any power at all in the laptop, you could try the suggestions in my No-POST item of my Tips and Tricks thread.
