These prices are from Swiftgamers.com, in Canadian, and it includes shipping:

    ASUS G50VT-A1-$2000.00
    ASUS G50VT-A2-$2232.00

I got my G50V-A1 for $1764.00 shipped so I'm happy with it.

You're killing me. There's always one out there.

I read in one thread where I guy was asking if they are available in Canada. They aren't listed on any sites that I have been able to find so after speaking with the dealer concerning my ADW registration problems I asked if he had them yet as they are not listed on his site. He provided me with the pricing so I passed it along as a separate thread because I couldn't remember the title of the original post.

Does that satisfy the Thread Police??

    Exactly

Not allowed to ask a question? Just seemed a little ambiguous. So what, ONE store has it at such and such price and you got one for less. Not like you really gave any valuable details to anyone else who might be interested.

The Newegg is a stripped down version, but only slightly.

The price was the only point of the post because there aren't any G50VT-A1s listed on sites in Canada.

I bought the G50V-A1 and not the newer G50VT-A1 model.
