    G50Vt-X1 driver updates. Where to download?

    I have just purchased an ASUS G50Vt-X1 from BestBuy and is being delivered soon.
    I have not been able to find a web page in the Asus site (or elsewhere) with an accurate information about this laptop (other than bestbuy sale page). ASUS site Specs for the G50Vt series do not match accurately the Bestbuy site specs, though they are pretty close.

    Is this a real G50Vt? ¿Are ALL G50Vt series update downloads valid for the G50Vt-X1?

    Is there any other site where to get updates?
    I know of Nvidia for the graphic card,
    mobo drivers??.....should be ASUS
    chipset??? Nvidia, Intel....
    Audio?
    I/O drivers?

    Any experience on putting up to date the G50Vt-X1?

    Yes, just ignore bluetooth drivers because the X1 lacks bluetooth.

    Yes, there are two things off the top of my head. The Intel Inf update utility you can get updates more frequently for from intel.com:

    Where can I find the drivers for winxp?

    I can only find the drivers for vista in 'support.asus.com'

    Asus doesn't support Windows XP for G50VT drivers, because no G50VT comes with XP installed.

    Most of the Vista drivers in your drivers disk should work in XP. There's also a XP downgrade guide for the G50V which should be the same as the G50Vt:
