Hey guys, my problem is as in the title, this is basically what happened:
I did a system recovery of Vista x64, and after everything was done I couldn't seem to find my second hard drive anymore :S I can't even see it in the BIOS :( I have not changed anything.

I have checked My Computer -> Computer Management -> Storage -> Disk Management.
    In there I see:
Disk 0 which has 3 partitions, 9.77GB Healthy (Primary Partition), Vista64 (C :) 116.44 GB NTFS Healthy (System, Boot, Page File, Active, Crash Dump, Primary Partition), and DATA (D :) 106.67 GB NTSF Healthy (Logical Drive)
    and
    CD-ROM 0

Can someone please help me to find out what's wrong with it?

I think I remember a similar problem where the solution was to reset the BIOS to user (not manufacturer!) defaults. The other solution was to do a complete Windows recovery...

Try searching around for more information, and also because I am not sure this is the same problem.

Alright I'll try to load User defaults because I did choose Manufacturer thinking that it might have been the original :S I did do a complete Windows recovery but that didn't seem to work :S

I was searching all night last night before I posted today  and I was reading this thread but it didn't really help since the guy gave up in the end :S

    Update:
    OMG IT WORKED AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Sory I had to UNLEASH MY HAPPINESS with all caps :p
    Mad props dude!

You're welcome. :) So the user defaults did the trick right?
