I have an ongoing problem with this webcam... for some reason everytime i reformat and reinstall everything the webcam is always upside down. i read a lot of forums about this issue but nothing really helped me... from reinstalling the driver to changing the .inf "flip" option from 0 to 1. i'm really annoyed but i wont stop finding solutions so please help me!!!!

P.S - Webcam was working before i reformat so its not the way it was installed!

I had this problem on a different Asus. I solved it by using a program called Driver Magician to uninstall the Webcam drivers. After this I rebooted and then let the webcam drivers install again by themselves. After I had done this, the webcam was the right way up again. This was on a different Asus laptop so I have no idea if the same will work for you though.

In future, once you have your system in exactly the way you want it, you should use software such as Acronis True Image or Drive Snapshot to do an image. Then you can avoid ever having to do a reinstall again.
