    I have the G50VT A2...everything seems great EXCEPT when I play COD 4. It starts off ok then all of a sudden I can't move in game as if the key mapping gets screwed up. It won't allow me to use any of the movement keys. I can use the mouse (to aim, fire and zoom), the tab button (to see scoreboard), and the control key (to toggle crouch) but most every other key seems to freeze up. Half the keyboard does not work at all in game.
    I ALT Tab out of game to see if there was something wrong with the keyboard and used notepad to test the keys...They worked fine, every letter. The problem is JUST IN GAME!! WTH??? Also, I noticed some lag with the gameplay where I haven't noticed with my desktop on the same network. The lag is a quick hiccup that occurs occasionally and freezes me for a second.
    Some help would be appreciated. Could it be drivers?

    BTW I am really a novice when it comes to computers. I only know the basics. This is my first laptop (got it Monday) and I have done no updates or installs.

    Are you sure you are not switching by accident to a different keyboard layout? You could check under Regional Settings in Control Panel, to make sure that the only layout installed is the US one.

    I was able to play my COD 4&5 smoothly with my g50vt-a2 ...

    Ey All

    it got a problem its's probely the same as OgV's mine freezes and the screen goes blank 4 about 5-15 seconds

    game resumes and it appears again with in 10 seconds

    iv tryd some driver's that where segested by many G50VT users

    helpp required
