    Hello. I am loving my Asus G50vt-X1, which I purchased from Best Buy as a discounted floor model so I don't have the manual. :(

    Is it possible to disable the Expressgate hotkey and save some battery life in the process?

    I don't think so. That was asked a lot when the G50 models first came out

    A pair of wire cutters can do it :p

    but it does not use much battery life anyways.
