    G50vt-a2 Vantage score low for GPU?

    I just decided to run Vantage on my notebook and I got the following: (on normal)

    P2398 total score

    GPU 1874
    CPU 14907

    GPU Test1: 5.64
    GPU Test2: 5.33

    CPU Test1: 673.84
    CPU Test2: 54.64

    Feature Test1: 235.11
    Feature Test2: 0.96
    Feature Test3: 7.63
    Feature Test4: 8.38
    Feature Test5: 10.97
    Feature Test6: 11.18


    It seems my Feature Test 2 &5 is lower than a G50v-A1 which only has a 9700m...

    Whats up with that? I have the latest 180.xx WHQL drivers from nvidia on.

    I couldnt find any other posts on normal with my notebook to get an idea.

    Anyone else have G50vt-a2 and vantage and can run it and post?

    Ran it again and got

    P3035

    All the numbers are the same except GPU test1 came to 8.70

    But still why are the other GPU number so low :(

    Even if the drivers are the newest it doesn't mean they will perform best.

    Besides, synthetic benchmarks are just that, synthetic... I wouldn't worry too much about a number in a benchmark, if the computer is running fine and meets your real-life performance demands.
