    Yeah I have the g51vx-x2a and I was wondering what the three I'm guessing here 3.5mm jacks are on the right side. I know one is for headphones and I'm guessing one is for a microphone but what is the third? Thanks

    Actually I think the headphone one doubles as a spdif, one is a mic and the third is a line-in input to plug in mp3 players or whatever you want. Correct me if im wrong :eek:

    Asus lists these as 1xMicrophone-in Jack and 2xHeadphone-out Jack (One with SPDIF). Can't say I've tried to use the middle jack myself.

    Its a line-in. Trust me :) Plug a mp3 player into it and make sure the line-in volume is up in recording devices. Great for playing your own music while gaming.

    lol. I even use it to plug in my guitar and play along side mp3 backing tracks. :)
