Hi people, im triying to connect my asus g51j to my new Samsung LCD 32' Serie 530 using the hdmi conection, but it doesnt work.

I try to connect the VGA, and it work fine, i get 1920x1080 resolution, but when i connect the hdmi cable and reboot my laptop, the computer recognized the Samsumg LCD, but the HDTV doesnt recognized any device when i set up hdmi input. I try use Fn+F8 and doesnt work too.

The cable hdmi its 1.0, there could be the problem? or laptop driver? Any help?
