I just noticed a few minutes ago that when I'm in game (WoW) and just using the keyboard and touchpad (I don't really do this too often...just when I'm doing things like mining to kill time) that if I'm moving around that I can't just click on a spell or ability (also includes mobs, npc's, and objects) by tapping the touchpad once.

It requires a double tap on the touchpad....but it doesn't require a double click if I use the actual mouse button associated with the toucpad. If I stop running it will work just fine....just have to tap the touchpad once to select an abilty, mob, npc, or object. It's like there's some kind of conflict between holding down a keyboard button and it recognizing the tapping of the touchpad.

Anyone else experience this...and if so is there a fix or a setting that needs to be adjusted?

Yeah, I tried that already. Sometimes it works properly and sometimes it doesn't. Anyone else have any ideas?

Must be a normal problem. Just now I tried to single click a link while holding a key down and it didn't work. I have to let go of the key and then single touch a link for it to work.

However while I hold a key on my Logitech G13 keypad (same key"W") it DOES work.

Ahhhh....so it's just something that happens in this line of laptops....hopefully a driver update can sort it out in the future. Although it's not really too big of a deal since when I'm actually playing and actually concerned about getting killed I'll be using my mouse instead of the the touchpad.
