    Hey all,

I just got this unit refurbished online and unfortunately it does not want to take a charge. Before I return it for a refund (Asus idiots want to charge me for shipping to have it repaired), I thought I'd ask for help here in case there is some way to fix it other than a hard reset. I unplugged the charger and battery, used a paperclip to hard reset, but to no avail. This really sucks as this laptop looks and feels great, but I didn't even get to do anything with it and I thought I got a good deal :(

Ya I dunno, that's what the CSR called it anyways, I've never had to do it and didn't realize such a button even existed. Not sure if it resets the BIOS or what.
