    G51vx - jack headphones output mulfunctioning

    my laptop does not shut down speakers while headphones are in. few moments before didn't work at all on headphones;/ i found jack socket much less stiff then others. while headphones plugged can hear not full spectrum of sound lack of low tones. i already reinstalled drivers. is it possible that the jack output is damaged? any solutions?
