If fans kicked in a 90c then your G60vx would literally be toast..gooey plastic toast.

I found a way to keep my gpu at 56-58 , cpu 41-45 (hwmonitor) temps all the time when not gaming and when gaming gpu 80-85, cpu 60-62(cod4 bf-bc2).
To be clear the temps of gpu DONT even spike to 90s when using the comp.
I did it without modifying software or hardware (I dont want to loose warranty). I figured instead of trying to cool the laptop I tried to help to remove heat from it non stop and faster. I built the external "vacuum" using 80mm case fan that is pulling the hot air from side vents. I can control speed of the fan. Doesnt look great and seems silly, but really works great and I can live with it to have these temps. I checked if the force of the "vacuum" doesnt move internal fan and it doesnt even at the highest speeds. Also, I use external power supply.
    The cons are:
Noise at higher speeds. I use Thermaltake t8025 fan (max 3k speed)
Not portable. Just sits on the desk where I keep the laptop. Doesnt matter to me, thats where I play and edit video anyway.

I will take and post some pics later on if you are interested.

Yep. I knew you'd all laugh, but hey Im happy to have temps of gpu below 60s all the time without having to mod my comp. This constant air flow makes wonders and it doesnt look as bad in reality. :p
Now I can start playing with some overclocking.

    Thats from HW Monitoring data:
