I have my new laptop computer and love it so far. However, I can't seem to figure out how to use the built-in camara (lifeframe3) with yahoo Messanger to video chat with my family out of state???

Is this posible or am I a complete moron? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

    Thanks in advance.

Are you in Battery Saver mode? check your power4gear settings to make sure it isn't in battery mode, and has the webcam powered on. Also make sure the Lifeframe application is turned OFF when you start yahoo, so that Yahoo can take control of the webcam.

You should be able to just use Yahoo's video service built into messenger to do Video chat and stuff. Thats all I use here from Iraq. Life Frame is good more so for taking pictures and stuff. Atleast from my experience with it.
