    so a month ago I finally got my G71G and low and behold it had a stuck pixel and the exhaust fan was making a grinding sound. RMA time or so I thought. got 2 weeks of runnaround of being told to try some dead/stuck pixel programs and was told to update the BIOS get get rid of the fan issue lol. well 6 days ago I finally got an RMA request put in but I have heard nothing since. tried calling the # they sent me in teh confirmation email and no one from the RMA department would pick up(guess they got a 4 day weekend).

    GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!1!!!!!111!!!!!!
