Yesterday I took out my fan to clean all the dust from the air vent. I unscrewed the 2 screws holding the fan in place and blew out the dust clogging the vent. all was fine until today where my fan randomly goes crazy and starts vibrating the frame of my compute like hell. Oddly enough, If i lightly hit the lower right corner of my laptop, it stops. It also stops momentarily when I'm flipping my laptop as well so I think the fan may be touching something but I don't know what. Is there some way to fix this?

This also happened to me on my G71, but without taking the 2 screws out. I'd suggest contacting Asus and have them send you a fan replacement for your notebook.

Didn't you just say that you took the fan screws loose?
