    My friend has a G71 and wants to know what cooler he needs. I recommended the Zalman NC2000, but what do you G71 owners use?

    Agreed, and those are the two I'm having a hard time choosing :(...
    One is $10 cheaper than the other but which one is better for the G71GX :confused: ...

    I used to have a G71, and the CRYO worked fine on it (around 5C less with it), the G71 has most vent holes in the mid to upper part (not like G50/51 that has some vents in the lower part), this steer me more to the CRYO but i never tried the zalman. Either should be fine, but i still think the CRYO is better match for the G71.

    I have the nc2000 and it works great but i wish they would have moved the vents up.
