    Hi, I finally received my replacement for my broken G71, but I'm already having a problem with it. I can't connect wirelessly. It says to turn on wireless compatibility, but the switch is on. When I try using the function key, it stays gray. It was working until I updated Windows 7. It's the same for bluetooth.
