Ok so I have a G74SX and every time I start windows a few seconds after it starts up my colors go from normal to pinkish hues, now I have found a temporary fix.

    START>
    NVIDIA Control panel>
    Display>
    Adjust color desktop settings>
    use NVIDIA settings>

That's how I correct the problem so far but I have to do this EVERY time I start windows so what's up?? I'm on the Latest Nvidia drives too so I don't know if that's a problem or not.
    Windows 7 also. Thanks

Have you tried removing all the nvidia drivers and do a fresh install?

    dizzyscure1.

    1. Can you download the latest nvidia driver?
    NVIDIA DRIVERS 331.40BETA
    2. Save it to your desktop, run it, and select Custom (Advanced).
    3. Check the box "Perform a clean installation", and click on Next.
    4. If you have other external display plugged in, please disconnect them temporarily.
