    Hi everyone,

Does anyone know why Asus has the different "GC" and "GM" prefixes on the RMA numbers? I had to RMA my laptop 2 times and it always started with the "GC" number and I've contacted my Asus support center directly. This 3rd time it started with a "GM" and the process is quite strange: they are going to send me a letter with the instructions and a prepaid airway bill...

    Best,

Yes, it's in the UK, although the laptop was bought in Portugal.
