So ive been having this game breaking issue with Black Ops 4......I have a GL504 Hero 2 i7-8750H / GTX 1060 6GB. My GPU's boost clock bounces up and down causing major fps drops. See the video below....temps are good. Sad part is ALL settings are low, AA off. It happens every 2-3 seconds making the game unplayable.
Horrible fps in FarCry 5 and Black Ops 4, I originally thought it was a BO4 issue but I tested it with FarCry 5 to be sure and sure enough the same issues.....

So I used DDU to wipe my drivers, installed the ones that came with the laptop. I'm still having major FPS drops that match up with the GPU boost clock bouncing around from 1400 to 1700 ish. What in the hell is going on.
In FarCry 5 ill be at 1405mhz boost / 25 fps then it will spike to 1720mhz or so to 80 fps.
In Black Ops 4 ill be at 1405mhz boost / 30 fps and it will spike to 1800mhz boost / 120fps.
No matter what I do it will not stay stable and its affecting all games.
