    GTS 360m temps

    whats safe temps for the GTS 360m? I been gaming for a few hours I seen the temp rise up to 87C.

    Those temps are fine. You shouldn't worry that much since your G51 is a result of many many refreshes since the G50. The 360M is basically a re-brand of the 260M GTX with a tad slower clocks but runs cooler.

    For g50 series I've seen many people with 90C+. That temperature's actually cool for other g50 series (I had g51j which went up to 94C.) You should start worrying when temperatures around 98C+.

    There's some gaming benchmarks speckled throughout the main G51Jx thread, along with various 3DMark06/Vantage runs with the ASUS default clocks up to and beyond nVidia standard clocks for the GTS360 in my review of the G51Jx.
