Intressting problem, I was so excited about getting the Turbo Gear hotkey that I was showing off this notebook to a friend. He saw the camera and was like cool, let me check that out, so I started the camera up, but I got nothing (black). When I right clicked on it I could see video through the black text (cute). Did some reading on Asus's website and found a thread that Cancer777 responded to that said to disable gearhelp.exe, so I did and it worked again (somewhat, wierd distortions that went away after a few seconds of running). I also had had a similar problem in Media Player Classic where I couldn't see full screen, I had fixed this by changing some of the video acceleration setting (related to the no PureVideo thing). I set the video acceleration back on Media Player Classic and killed gearhelp and guess what, video at full screen.

Now it gets intressting, I killed gearhelp.exe, which is a part of Turbo Gear, now I don't have an OC hotkey anymore. This is some obscure connection with PureVideo enabled drivers, TurboGear hotkey link and Windows XP...WTF man!!!

Browse the cd for the camera driver instead of checking it in the autorun menu. there are multiple folders for the camera. one of them is the correct one. run setup from the folder directly
    Oh never mind
i think you already done that as it was working before
